This page discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices. Our various contact forms require users to provide us with their email addresses. Respondents' contact information is used to contact an individual only when necessary, such as in the case of supplying information requested by the visitor or responding to a question. Email addresses are saved only in the case of our upcoming online auction, whereby emails are incorporated as an integral part of the functionality of the service. Emails are not shared by Queens Auto Mall Auction House with any outside individuals or entities.

Sharing Information

To register for this site, you must be at least 18 years of age and be lawfully eligible to enter into and form contracts under applicable law. You must provide your real name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and other information as requested. A bid is a legal contract between you and Queens Auto Mall Auction House. Your bid or offer to buy is your agreement. You acknowledge and agree that a bid or request to buy a product is a legal and binding offer to buy the product. After acceptance of your offer, full payment is due within 48 hours unless other terms are posted for that specific item. You hereby acknowledge that failure to comply with the terms and conditions listed above may be legally actionable.

Please read these Terms and Conditions to understand the role Queens Auto Mall Auction House will play in the your next vehicle purchase, and what is expected from you as a bidder purchasing a car at auction.

By accessing the Queens Auto Mall Auction House website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following Terms and Conditions. You are only authorized to use the Queens Auto Mall Auction House website and its services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, then please do not place a bid on any of our vehicles, and discontinue your use of the Queens Auto Mall Auction House website.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the Queens Auto Mall Auction House website. You agree to be bound to any changes to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Queens Auto Mall Auction House website after any such modification is posted. It is important that you review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are up to date as to any changes made.

Every vehicle purchased through Queens Auto Mall Auction House is covered under the New York State Lemon Law. If you require additional protection, Queens Auto Mall Auction House offers extended service contracts that can protect your vehicle. While we make every effort to ensure that all of the content on our site is up-to-date, readily available, accurate, and clearly explained, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be up or that its content will always be accurate. Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally make the site unavailable. Queens Auto Mall Auction House cannot be held responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the website. If the posted price for a product or service is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data transmission), we are only responsible for the correct price, which we will endeavor to provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bids or offers for products listed at an incorrect price.

Rules for Bidding Online
All vehicles are available for purchase online as well as in our physical showroom. All online bids are subject to availability. Online bids are for the price of the vehicle only, and do not include any applicable taxes or fees. Queens Auction reserves the right to make a final decision on all bids. Bidders will be contacted by phone or email. If a bid is accepted, a $500 deposit is required to reserve the car. Online bidders are welcome to come and view our inventory in person at our showroom in Queens, New York. Please call the Internet Department at (718) 523-9090 to schedule an appointment for a vehicle preview.

Rules for Bidding in Person (Live Auction)
Before any live auction begins, there will be a 2 hour preview period where customers can visually inspect scheduled auction vehicles. The customer is responsible for knowing whether the car they bid on has an automatic or standard transmission before they place their bid. When an auction is running, insurance regulations prohibit customers from being on the lot. At that point, customers may only inspect vehicles and place their bids from the customer seating area in front of the auction block.

In order to take delivery of a vehicle, the full balance of the sale must be paid in cash or certified check, or have arrangements for auto financing. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Customers must have proof of insurance liability coverage. Queens Auction can provide license plates for customers from New York, or temporary in-transit permits for out-of-state customers.

A minimum deposit of $500 is required to hold any car. Auction fees and administrative/destination fees apply to all vehicle purchases, whether it is purchased online (either through our website, ebay motors, or any of the online services through which we advertise and sell our vehicles), at live auction, or directly off the lot. For a car sold for $1 - $499, the auction fee is $99. For a car sold for $500 - $999, the auction fee is $199. For a car sold for $1000 - $1499, the auction fee is $299. For a car sold for $1500 - $1999, the auction fee is $349. For cars sold for $2000 and up, the auction fee is $449. Administrative/destination fee is $225 on every car sold.

All financing preapprovals are dependent upon accurate customer information. Preapprovals are void if information provided by the customer is found to be inaccurate. “Sign & Drive” is not a guarantee of financing, all financing agreements must be approved by a third party lender. “Sign & Drive” is only valid on selected vehicles, as denoted on the Queens Auction website.

Queens Auto Mall Auction House expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind, with respect to the site or its use and products or services offered, sold, leased, purchased or financed on or through this site, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, noninfringement, currency, reliability, or any warranty that the site or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful elements. Queens Auto Mall Auction House reserves the right to change or discontinue at any time any aspect or feature of this website.
